- The design of one40william takes full advantage of its three prominent street frontages, its strategic location above the new William Street Train Station, and the significant developments now taking place around it.
- One40william is a mixed-use development comprising three office towers ranging in height from 2 storeys to 19 storeys above two levels of retail, dining and entertainment, and two levels of basement car parking. Roof terraces are provided on two of the towers. Completion 2nd quarter of 2010.
